Job Requirements

  • Strong, stable work history in restaurant management
  • Relevant education or training in business or hospitality
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral’s management training program
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Qualifications

  • Management experience in high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Completion of Golden Corral’s management training program
  • Education in business or hospitality related coursework
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • Excellent communication and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Manage food production to ensure quality and recipe standards
  • Oversee Back-of-the-House operations including cleanliness and safety
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and systems
  • Lead and train kitchen staff for optimal performance
  • Manage labor and scheduling in absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist in overall restaurant operations when needed
