Job Requirements

  • Strong stable work history
  • Management experience in high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Education or training associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's management training program
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • Manage food production and back-of-the-house operations using company recipes and procedures
  • Ensure food quality, recipe adherence, and kitchen cleanliness
  • Oversee food safety practices and compliance with health regulations
  • Supervise labor scheduling and manage staffing needs
  • Operate as acting General Manager in the absence of other management
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
  • Implement company systems to maintain consistent quality and safety
