Job Requirements

  • Strong, stable work history in restaurant management
  • Experience in high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant environments
  • Education and training equivalent to college coursework in business or hospitality
  • Completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and safety

Job Duties

  • Oversee food production and ensure adherence to Golden Corral recipes and procedures
  • Manage back-of-the-house operations including cleanliness and food quality standards
  • Act as the point of contact for restaurant operations in the absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the kitchen
  • Monitor labor and operational efficiencies
  • Provide leadership and support to kitchen staff to promote a positive work environment
  • Coordinate training and development of kitchen team members
