Job Requirements

  • Strong stable work history in restaurant management
  • Education or college coursework in business or hospitality
  • Completion of Golden Corral's management training program
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Education or training in business or hospitality
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's management training program
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Manage food production and back-of-the-house operations using Golden Corral products and procedures
  • Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
  • Oversee labor management and scheduling in absence of General Manager
  • Maintain adherence to recipes and company systems
  • Support and empower the restaurant team to achieve service goals
  • Step in to manage overall restaurant operations when necessary
  • Participate in and complete Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
