Job Requirements
- Strong stable work history in restaurant management
- Education or college coursework in business or hospitality
- Completion of Golden Corral's management training program
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills

- Management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
- Education or training in business or hospitality
- Successful completion of Golden Corral's management training program
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- Manage food production and back-of-the-house operations using Golden Corral products and procedures
- Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Oversee labor management and scheduling in absence of General Manager
- Maintain adherence to recipes and company systems
- Support and empower the restaurant team to achieve service goals
- Step in to manage overall restaurant operations when necessary
- Participate in and complete Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
