  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's paid 12 week management training program

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to manage labor and food costs effectively

Job Duties

  • Oversee food production to ensure quality and consistency
  • Manage Back-of-the-House operations using company recipes and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Coordinate labor schedules and control labor costs
  • Support restaurant operations in absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
  • Organize and manage a busy buffet environment efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
