Job Duties
- Oversee food production to ensure quality and consistency
- Manage Back-of-the-House operations using company recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Coordinate labor schedules and control labor costs
- Support restaurant operations in absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
- Organize and manage a busy buffet environment efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
