Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to work targeted 45-hour, 5-day work weeks
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Driving sales and ensuring profitability

  • Writing schedules and managing labor
  • Handling inventory and ordering
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Coaching and developing staff
  • Choosing beer for the rotating tap program (bar managers)
