Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Two years of management experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Knowledgeable of P&L management
  • Ability to motivate and develop a dedicated team
  • Preferred experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules
  • Understanding of local and state health codes

Job Duties

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Uphold company standards of scratch cooking and artisanal American cuisine
  • Manage inventory and oversee ordering
  • Monitor key Profit and Loss (P&L) lines
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team motivation
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Lead and develop kitchen team members
