Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service
  • Strong knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) management
  • Able to obtain required certifications and permits as required by state or local law
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of profit and loss management
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits as mandated by state and local law
  • Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hotschedules systems
  • Proven experience managing a diverse team in a high-volume kitchen setting

Job Duties

  • Ensure seamless kitchen operations by managing daily activities and workflows
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Manage key profit and loss lines to support restaurant financial health
  • Lead and develop kitchen team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
  • Uphold brand standards by ensuring scratch cooking and preparation of unique artisanal American foods and gourmet burgers
  • Motivate and inspire the kitchen team with strong leadership and clear communication
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations as required by state and local law
