Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service
- Strong knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) management
- Able to obtain required certifications and permits as required by state or local law
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of profit and loss management
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to obtain required certifications and permits as mandated by state and local law
- Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
- Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hotschedules systems
- Proven experience managing a diverse team in a high-volume kitchen setting
Job Duties
- Ensure seamless kitchen operations by managing daily activities and workflows
- Oversee inventory management and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels
- Manage key profit and loss lines to support restaurant financial health
- Lead and develop kitchen team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Uphold brand standards by ensuring scratch cooking and preparation of unique artisanal American foods and gourmet burgers
- Motivate and inspire the kitchen team with strong leadership and clear communication
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations as required by state and local law
