Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of experience in kitchen management or related food service role
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to pass background check

  • collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • maintain cost controls and reduce waste
