Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • successful completion of Golden Corral's paid 12-week management training program
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to organize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety standards and labor management
  • passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • manage food production to ensure quality and consistency
  • oversee back-of-house operations including staff management and food safety
  • maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies
  • coordinate and organize buffet offerings to maintain smooth service
  • monitor labor and operational costs in the absence of senior management
  • support overall restaurant operations and guest satisfaction
  • implement procedures and systems from company standards
