Job Requirements
- strong, stable work history in restaurant management
- completion of Golden Corral’s paid 12-week management training program
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- manage food production to ensure quality and consistency
- oversee back-of-house operations including staff management and food safety
- maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies
- coordinate and organize buffet offerings to maintain smooth service
- monitor labor and operational costs in the absence of senior management
- support overall restaurant operations and guest satisfaction
- implement procedures and systems from company standards
