Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Head Chef
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software like Aloha or Toast
  • Good math and reporting skills
  • Customer service attitude
  • Strong communication and team management abilities
  • Availability to work within opening hours including evenings, holidays, weekends
  • High school diploma
  • Additional certification in hospitality is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Head Chef
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Good math and reporting skills
  • Strong communication and team management abilities
  • Customer service oriented
  • Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred
  • Experience as a Sous Chef or Culinary Manager is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee back-of-house operations to maintain food quality and guest service standards
  • Manage kitchen teams and assistant managers
  • Utilize restaurant management software like Aloha or Toast for daily operations
  • Monitor and control operating costs
  • Enhance employee retention through effective team management
  • Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during all opening hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Collaborate with restaurant management team to achieve business goals
