Job Requirements
- Strong stable work history with management experience in casual dining
- Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
- Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- College coursework or education in business or hospitality

- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage labor and operational costs effectively
Job Duties
- Oversee food production and ensure compliance with Golden Corral recipes and procedures
- Manage Back-of-the-House operations including food quality and cleanliness standards
- Lead and support the restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager
- Monitor and control labor costs while maintaining staff productivity
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
- Train and develop kitchen staff to deliver high-quality service
- Maintain inventory controls and order supplies as needed
