Job Requirements

  • Strong stable work history with management experience in casual dining
  • Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • College coursework or education in business or hospitality
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's management training program
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage labor and operational costs effectively

Job Duties

  • Oversee food production and ensure compliance with Golden Corral recipes and procedures
  • Manage Back-of-the-House operations including food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Lead and support the restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager
  • Monitor and control labor costs while maintaining staff productivity
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to deliver high-quality service
  • Maintain inventory controls and order supplies as needed
