Job Requirements

  • Strong stable work history with management experience in high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Education and training associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
  • Completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

  • Management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Education or training in business or hospitality typically from college coursework
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Manage food production and oversee Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral products and procedures
  • Ensure food quality, recipe adherence and cleanliness standards are met
  • Operate restaurant safely and efficiently in absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
  • Monitor labor and productivity to optimize restaurant performance
  • Implement company systems and policies to maintain operational standards
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold company standards
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
