Job Duties
- Manage food production and back-of-house operations
- Ensure adherence to Golden Corral's recipes, food quality standards, and cleanliness
- Oversee safety and labor management in the kitchen
- Support overall restaurant operations in absence of senior managers
- Lead team members to maintain high service standards
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and kitchen supplies
