  • Completed Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
  • Education or training in business or hospitality

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • Manage food production and back-of-house operations
  • Ensure adherence to Golden Corral's recipes, food quality standards, and cleanliness
  • Oversee safety and labor management in the kitchen
  • Support overall restaurant operations in absence of senior managers
  • Lead team members to maintain high service standards
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory and kitchen supplies
