Job Requirements
- strong, stable work history with restaurant management experience
- education and training related to business or hospitality
- successful completion of Golden Corral’s management training
- valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- ability to work flexible hours
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal skills
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- experience in management within a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant
- completion of Golden Corral’s comprehensive management training program
- education normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to upholding company standards and culture
Job Duties
- manage food production and quality to company standards
- oversee back-of-house operations ensuring cleanliness and safety
- use Golden Corral products, recipes, and procedures to maintain consistency
- support overall restaurant operations in absence of key managers
- manage labor efficiently to meet operational needs
- train and mentor kitchen staff
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
