Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • At least two years of management experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a passionate team
  • Strong knowledge of profit and loss management
  • Able to obtain required certifications and permits as required by state or local law
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of profit and loss management
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
  • Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules systems
  • Experience managing a team

Job Duties

  • Ensure seamless kitchen operations and uphold brand standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and key profit and loss lines
  • Lead and develop kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team motivation
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with management to achieve restaurant financial and operational goals
  • Monitor kitchen performance and implement corrective actions as needed
