Job Duties

  • oversee food production using Golden Corral recipes and procedures
  • ensure high standards of food quality and cleanliness
  • manage back-of-house operations efficiently
  • maintain food safety and compliance with regulations
  • oversee labor management and scheduling in the absence of senior managers
  • support restaurant operations management team
  • promote a positive and productive kitchen environment
