  • experience in high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • education or coursework in business or hospitality
  • completion of Golden Corral's management training program
  • valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • manage food production ensuring quality and adherence to recipes
  • sustain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain operational excellence
  • monitor inventory levels and control food costs
  • coordinate labor scheduling and manage labor costs
  • step in for General Manager or Hospitality Manager when absent to oversee restaurant operations
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
