Job Duties
- manage food production ensuring quality and adherence to recipes

- monitor inventory levels and control food costs
- coordinate labor scheduling and manage labor costs
- step in for General Manager or Hospitality Manager when absent to oversee restaurant operations
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
