Job Requirements

  • Strong, stable work history along with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's paid 12-week management training program

  • Experience in management within high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurants
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage a busy buffet environment efficiently
  • Completion of or willingness to complete Golden Corral's 12-week management training program
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of food quality and safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage food production and back-of-the-house operations using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures and company systems
  • Ensure quality food, recipes and cleanliness standards are met
  • Organize and oversee the buffet environment to provide a seamless guest experience
  • Lead overall restaurant operations in the absence of General and Hospitality Managers
  • Maintain safety protocols and labor management
  • Participate in management training programs
  • Foster a supportive and empowering team culture
