Job Requirements
- Strong, stable work history along with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant
- Successful completion of Golden Corral's paid 12-week management training program

- Experience in management within high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurants
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a busy buffet environment efficiently
- Completion of or willingness to complete Golden Corral's 12-week management training program
- Commitment to delivering high standards of food quality and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Duties
- Manage food production and back-of-the-house operations using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures and company systems
- Ensure quality food, recipes and cleanliness standards are met
- Organize and oversee the buffet environment to provide a seamless guest experience
- Lead overall restaurant operations in the absence of General and Hospitality Managers
- Maintain safety protocols and labor management
- Participate in management training programs
- Foster a supportive and empowering team culture
