Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of P&L management
- Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Prior management experience of at least two years
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of P&L management
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
- Familiarity with local and state health codes preferred
- Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
- Manage inventory and ordering processes
- Maintain and analyze key P&L lines
- Lead, motivate, and develop kitchen team members
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and management teams
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional guest service
