Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of P&L management
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Prior management experience of at least two years

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
  • Familiarity with local and state health codes preferred
  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Manage inventory and ordering processes
  • Maintain and analyze key P&L lines
  • Lead, motivate, and develop kitchen team members
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house and management teams
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional guest service
