Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong profit and loss knowledge
- Able to obtain required certifications and permits
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

- Preferably knowledgeable of local and state health codes
- Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules
