Job Duties
- oversee food production and ensure adherence to Golden Corral recipes and quality standards
- manage Back-of-the-House operations including cleanliness and safety
- supervise restaurant operations in the absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
- control labor costs and scheduling to optimize efficiency
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold company standards
- collaborate with management team to improve restaurant performance
