Job Requirements

  • strong, stable work history with management experience
  • education typically associated with college business or hospitality coursework
  • completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
  • valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Job Qualifications

  • management experience in high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • education or coursework in business or hospitality
  • successful completion of Golden Corral's management training program
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • oversee food production and ensure adherence to Golden Corral recipes and quality standards
  • manage Back-of-the-House operations including cleanliness and safety
  • supervise restaurant operations in the absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
  • control labor costs and scheduling to optimize efficiency
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold company standards
  • collaborate with management team to improve restaurant performance
