Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Two years of management experience
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service
- Strong P&L knowledge
- Ability to obtain required certifications and permits as mandated by state and local law
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of management experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills capable of motivating and developing a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Solid understanding of P&L management and inventory control
- Ability to obtain required state and local certifications and permits
- Knowledge of local and state health codes preferred
- Experience with restaurant management software such as Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Manage inventory, ordering processes, and monitor key P&L lines
- Lead and develop kitchen staff by motivating and inspiring a high-performing team
- Maintain and uphold company food quality and safety standards through scratch cooking techniques
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and obtain necessary certifications
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
