Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Two years of management experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service
  • Strong P&L knowledge
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits as mandated by state and local law
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of management experience in a restaurant setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills capable of motivating and developing a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Solid understanding of P&L management and inventory control
  • Ability to obtain required state and local certifications and permits
  • Knowledge of local and state health codes preferred
  • Experience with restaurant management software such as Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Manage inventory, ordering processes, and monitor key P&L lines
  • Lead and develop kitchen staff by motivating and inspiring a high-performing team
  • Maintain and uphold company food quality and safety standards through scratch cooking techniques
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and obtain necessary certifications
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
