Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary degree or certificate preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in high-volume kitchen
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to manage inventory and ingredient ordering
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise a team of cooks in daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menu specifications
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to create new menu items
  • Ensure quality and presentation standards are met consistently
  • Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff for optimal performance
