Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary degree or certificate preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in high-volume kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage inventory and ingredient ordering
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of cooks in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menu specifications
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to create new menu items
- Ensure quality and presentation standards are met consistently
- Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff for optimal performance
