Job Duties
- manage food production and back-of-the-house operations using Golden Corral products and procedures
- ensure quality food, recipes, and cleanliness standards are met
- oversee restaurant operations including food quality, production, safety, and labor
- act as the primary manager in absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
- supervise kitchen staff and maintain high standards of customer service
- enforce food safety and health regulations
- assist in training and development of kitchen personnel
