Job Duties

  • manage food production and back-of-the-house operations using Golden Corral products and procedures
  • ensure quality food, recipes, and cleanliness standards are met
  • oversee restaurant operations including food quality, production, safety, and labor
  • act as the primary manager in absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
  • supervise kitchen staff and maintain high standards of customer service
  • enforce food safety and health regulations
  • assist in training and development of kitchen personnel
