Job Duties

  • manage food production using company recipes and procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • oversee back-of-the-house operations
  • ensure food quality and consistency
  • support overall restaurant operations including labor management
  • step in during absence of general and hospitality managers
  • train and supervise kitchen staff
