Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • prior experience in a guest service environment preferred
  • availability for AM or PM shifts
  • ability to work all days of the week
  • ability to remain on feet for entire length of shift
  • ability to maneuver between tables and around corners

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a guest service environment preferred
  • availability for AM or PM shifts, available all days of the week
  • ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
  • high school diploma or GED required

Job Duties

  • Review floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating charts
  • seat guests and maintain control of wait times
  • inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
  • speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving
  • answer restaurant telephone line with proper etiquette during assigned hours of operation
  • process carryout and delivery orders
  • take payments from guests, including cash, credit card, and house charges
  • balance register at end of shift, handle cash in accordance with established cash handling policies
  • assist with light bussing duties, including clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
