Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- able to reach overhead and below knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 10lbs without assistance
- position may require background and drug screening in accordance with company policy
- commitment to follow safety protocols
- willingness to provide excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail

- ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Seats guests by finding a clean and available table
- pulls out chairs
- places clean or current menu in front of guests
- moves and arranges tables, chairs, and settings
- organizes seating for groups with special needs with minimal disturbance to other guests
- greets guests and determines the number in their party
- ensures place settings are appropriate and each guest has necessary napkins and silverware
- monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
- interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- contributes to team goals
- follows company policies and safety procedures
