Job Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to perform opening and closing restaurant duties
  • Basic proficiency in English

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and seating guests promptly
  • Managing the restaurant waiting list during peak times to ensure expected wait times are communicated
  • Assisting with cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests
  • Completing opening and closing duties
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Handling guest inquiries and concerns courteously
