Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Must follow all safety and security policies
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Clean and professional appearance required
- Must maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine number in their party
- Seat guests by finding a clean, available table and assist with seating arrangements
- Pull out chairs and place clean/current menus in front of guests
- Guide guests through dining rooms and provide needed assistance
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings including special seating arrangements
- Ensure place settings include napkins, clean silverware, and other standard items
- Check menus for cleanliness, currency, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report any accidents or unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional and clean uniform and personal appearance
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Communicate clearly and professionally both in person and on the telephone
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors
