  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries confidently
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
  • Hotel or guest services experience is a plus but not required

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, including greeting areas and waiting zones
  • Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism, aiming for guest delight and loyalty
