- Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred

- Hotel or guest services experience is a plus but not required

- Answer phone inquiries promptly and professionally, assisting with reservations and general questions
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, including greeting areas and waiting zones
- Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism, aiming for guest delight and loyalty
