Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- no prior experience required but hospitality experience preferred
- ability to speak, read, and write English
- physically able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- ability to obtain a local food handler permit
- may require an Oklahoma ABLE license
- adherence to uniform and appearance standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment
- must demonstrate punctuality and reliability

Job Duties
- Portray a positive attitude under all circumstances
- maintain consistent attention to the restaurant entrance, welcoming guests with a smile and appropriate greeting following the Eye, Hi, Goodbye customer service standards
- prepare seating assignments and sections before each meal period considering guest requests and server rotation
- communicate with wait staff and other team members to ensure guest experiences meet or exceed property standards
- record and maintain customer reservations and bookings while providing high-quality service
- handle guest requests and resolve complaints or refer to Shift Manager when necessary
- set tables with appropriate silverware, glass, and china, maintain clean and neat workstations
- answer 360 Restaurant and room service calls in accordance with company standards
- maintain detailed knowledge of menu items including specials and promotions
- seat guests and present menus according to department standards
- oversee room service deliveries, to-go orders, and food and beverage servicing
- perform cashier and bus person tasks including cashing out guests
- follow cash handling policies and maintain proper cash security
- patrol assigned stations, refill beverages, and remove used service items per procedures
- perform downtime tasks such as rolling silverware, expediting food orders, washing dishes, preparing to-go food, and filling condiments
- perform other duties including mentoring and cross-training
- understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program
- maintain regular attendance
- work varying schedules including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends to meet business needs
