Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in high volume dining preferred
- Physical stamina to perform duties including lifting up to 30 pounds
- Mental attitude to deal effectively with guests and staff in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
- Capacity to work well under pressure and as a team player
- Capable of sitting, standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, squatting, reaching, and stretching for up to eight hours daily

Job Duties
- Welcome every guest warmly and set an inviting tone
- Foster strong communication and teamwork with colleagues and hotel departments
- Build authentic connections to create memorable guest experiences
- Ensure menus are clean, well-stocked, and presentable
- Map reservations accurately and communicate guest needs to servers and managers
- Engage with guests to confirm satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, and serving staff to handle dining details and resolve issues
