Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer-facing hospitality role preferred
  • possession of a valid State Food Handler's License
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • basic knowledge of restaurant reservation systems
  • good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior food service experience preferred
  • necessary State Food Handler's License(s)
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage guest interactions efficiently

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests
  • provide accurate wait times and maintain wait lists
  • manage reservations and coordinate with waitstaff regarding seating
  • maintain flow of service
  • provide support to the team in menu organization and maintenance
