Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- able to work full-time or part-time
- possess a competitive spirit and desire to provide excellent customer service
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- must have a friendly and engaging personality
- legally authorized to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and handle high volume periods calmly
- strong organizational skills
- positive attitude and team player
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in timely manner
- manage restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- assist in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for next guests
- perform opening and closing duties
- maintain a friendly and welcoming environment
- coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure efficient flow
- handle guest inquiries and requests professionally
