Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- possess a friendly and approachable demeanor
- willingness to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and resetting tables
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- basic English language proficiency
- reliable transportation preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for managing waiting list and seating arrangements
Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in timely manner
- managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for our next guests
- performing opening and closing duties
- maintaining a welcoming and energetic presence during shifts
- coordinating with team members to ensure smooth guest service
- managing guest inquiries and providing information about the restaurant
