Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
ability to stand for long periods
flexible availability for shifts including weekends and holidays
ability to multitask

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong organizational skills
positive attitude and enthusiasm for guest service

Job Duties

Greeting and seating guests in timely manner
managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for next guests
performing opening and closing duties
maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment
coordinating with kitchen and waiting staff to ensure smooth service flow
