Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
- managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for next guests
- performing opening and closing duties
- providing excellent customer service with a friendly and energetic attitude
- coordinating with team members to maintain smooth operations
- handling guest inquiries and resolving any seating issues
