Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to have fun and hustle every shift

- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Basic computer skills for reservations and waitlist management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
- Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- Assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for our next guests
- Performing opening and closing duties
- Maintaining a clean and organized host area
- Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest flow
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries
