Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to have fun and hustle every shift
  • Strong desire to provide excellent guest service

  • Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
  • Basic computer skills for reservations and waitlist management
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
  • Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
  • Assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for our next guests
  • Performing opening and closing duties
  • Maintaining a clean and organized host area
  • Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries
