Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- ability to multitask and handle guest inquiries professionally
Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
- managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests
- performing opening and closing duties
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
- coordinating with servers and other team members to ensure smooth service
- providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude
