Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to provide a friendly and welcoming environment
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights and weekends
- Willingness to perform cleaning and opening and closing duties
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods
- Positive attitude with a passion for delivering great hospitality
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
- Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- Assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests
- Performing opening and closing duties
- Ensuring the host station is well-maintained and welcoming
- Coordinating with serving staff to optimize guest flow
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest inquiries
