Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior hospitality or customer service experience advantageous but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong team player with a willingness to assist others
  • Basic math skills for managing guest seating and waiting lists

Job Duties

  • Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
  • Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
  • Assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for our next guests
  • Performing opening and closing duties
  • Maintaining a positive and energetic attitude to enhance guest experience
  • Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating and service flow
  • Providing exceptional customer service and answering guest inquiries
