Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage

  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
  • Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
  • Assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests
  • Performing opening and closing duties
  • Providing excellent customer service to deliver a memorable dining experience
  • Coordinating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host area
