Job Requirements

- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of managing a waiting list and seating guests efficiently
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
- managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests
- performing opening and closing duties
- maintaining a positive and friendly attitude with guests and team members
- coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- addressing guest inquiries and providing excellent customer service
