Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to deliver friendly and efficient customer service
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capability to manage guest flow and waiting lists during high volume periods
- basic understanding of restaurant operations
- ability to work as part of a team
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
- managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for next guests
- performing opening and closing duties
- maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- coordinating with the host and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
