Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
- managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests
- performing opening and closing duties
- maintaining a welcoming and organized host station
- communicating effectively with the rest of the team
- providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
