Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
- managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for next guests
- performing opening and closing duties
- supporting restaurant team to ensure excellent guest experience
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of host station
- communicating effectively with front of house team
