Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age
  • able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • possess basic math and communication skills
  • have a friendly and outgoing personality
  • able to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally
  • authorized to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • positive attitude and team player
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greeting and seating guests in timely manner
  • managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
  • assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for next guests
  • performing opening and closing duties
  • maintaining a friendly and professional attitude at all times
  • coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • handling guest inquiries and providing information about menu and specials
