Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in timely manner
- Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- Assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for next guests
- Performing opening and closing duties
- Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth flow of service
- Providing information to guests and addressing their needs promptly
