Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role beneficial but not required
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and team player mentality
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in timely manner
- managing restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
- assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for next guests
- performing opening and closing duties
- maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- communicating effectively with team members
- supporting other restaurant areas as needed
